Rob started this business in 2020 after 15 years of service to his cliental providing many of the services that are offered today.   Starting out caring for residential and commercial family owned properties was a duty embedded in his work ethic and provided vast experience that could only be realized through a first hand basis.  It was only natural for his dedication and devotion to his cliental and their properties to evolve into a business that cares not only about the work that is to be done but the manner in which it is performed.  

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Brown Harris Stevens the overwhelming need for professional property care from homeowners was and remains an apparent void in the home ownership equation.  After spending the last 10 years managing full-service marinas on the East End, Robert found his niche in high end full service offerings to the people and properties he is knows most closely.
